Don't let texting be the reason to have cheap car insurance. You might as well be above the requirements for state car insurance. The last time I started texting, my mind must have been so focused on the text, it just turned off to the cars slowing in front of me. It only takes 1 second distraction. And talking on the cell phone isn't much better.
